Verdiclara (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides product delivery services exclusively through our online store. These Shipping Terms are intended to clearly explain the delivery coverage, shipping fees, order handling timelines, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities, so you can fully understand how your order is processed before and after dispatch.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are available throughout Australia. At this time, delivery services are not provided to locations outside Australia.

2. Shipping Fee Description

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount and are clearly displayed at checkout:

  • Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free delivery;
  • Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat delivery fee of AUD 9.99.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed on the website. You are not required to pay any additional fees beyond the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET):

  • Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day;
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day;
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will start on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 business days, during which items are verified, packed, and prepared for handover to the logistics carrier. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Transportation Timeframe

After dispatch, the estimated overall transportation timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations, or current logistics conditions.

6. Logistics Carriers

To ensure reliable and stable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following logistics carriers:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information (where applicable). You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the current status of your order.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If a product is damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Transportation Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Upon receipt of your package, we recommend inspecting the external packaging before signing for delivery. If any visible damage or abnormalities are found, please take photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you further.
