Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours after the order is placed. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuers, refunds are generally credited within 1–5 business days.
